Hint 2432: We hope you will share this information with anyone you know who is pregnant:

Supplementation with the omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) during pregnancy could boost the problem-solving abilities of the children.

Omega-3 plays an important role in the development of the baby in utero. A diet rich in the DHA omega-3 fatty acid during pregnancy and breastfeeding is associated with a healthy pregnancy as well as the mental and visual development of the infant.

Moms taking omega-3 during pregnancy are also at less risk of post partum depression or mood change, and recover more quickly after pregnancy if they consume enough of the fatty acid.
